Where Can I find Soap Nuts in San Francisco?
I was reading a little on the internet about soap nuts and it interest me to buy them. However, I don’t want to buy them online and was currently searching health stores for it in the city. Whole Foods didn’t have it and I don’t really know if there are any Indian stores here that sell soap nuts either. I’m on still a quest to find the right store when I go to the city but it would be least complicated if I knew where some stores are and if there are any that close the the civic center . Help?
I don’t know of any Indian stores near Civic Center but there are a few just one Bart stop away. At 16th and Valencia [one block west of Mission] there are several Indian stores between 16th and 17th.
If you live in the East Bay, Berkeley has a large Indian population and many Indian stores.
